In stock products are ready to ship immediately once your order is placed. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, in-stock products will be shipped first without extra shipping cost. Pre-order usually takes 10-15 business days to deliver. In rare cases, it will take longer for US Customs clearance. Customers will be provided with tracking number once pre-ordered items are cleared at US Customs. Your balance will be taken at the time your place pre-order. If you have inquiries about shipping status before items clear at US Customs, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Services.
As part of our shipping procedures, we verify the availability before an item is shipped. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email so that you're aware of the situation. Square Face may, in its sole discretion, cancel the out of stock item and dispatch the rest of your order if no response is received at a given time. Although we update our stock quantities daily, we cannot guarantee that the stock quantities are correct at any given moment and items you ordered are available at the time we process your order. Therefore, placement of an order does not guarantee that the items you ordered will be available.
All of our contact lenses are certified by KGMP, KFDA, ISO 13485 and CE certifications. Brands like Neo Vision, Bescon, Square Face x Dreamcon and Geo Magic Color are FDA approved (Please refer to specification under each product). We have documents for proof available upon request. We only sell products that we ourselves would use, and we don't want to put fakes in anyone's eyes! All of the lenses are manufactured by reputable contact lens manufacturers and tested by our product development team. Having said so, it is also important to follow proper wear and care guide, get a regular eye exam for maintaining good eye health. Please refer instructions for use for more details.
Square Face implemented a prescription verification system that is in compliance with the rules and currently apply to "US customers only". If you're in the U.S, you are required to provide us a copy of your valid prescription OR your eye doctor's name and phone number and allow us to contact them to verify the validity of your prescription. The verification process takes 12 hours and if no response received from your eye doctor, your prescription will be assumed as valid and your order will be processed and shipped.
Return: Items in original condition (sealed, unmarked and unused) can be returned for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost. Replacement: If products are defective upon receiving, please keep the items and contact us immediately for replacement. Defective items can be replaced within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please DON'T dispose the defective lenses before contacting us. Manufacturers may request images of the defective products for improving production process. Free replacement policy does not apply to daily contact lenses.

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the secure payment site to enter your card information. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a order confirmation email and then return to SQUAREFACEOPTICAL.COM. For any changes of shipping address, please contact us at info@squarefaceoptical.com. We are unable to redirect an order to another shipping address if your request submitted to us after 48 hours from your order date/time or your order has been dispatched. Please note changing your default shipping address in "Account" will not reflect in your recently made order.
Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. There will be a 15% cancellation charge and shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that already dispatched with tracking number available. Unless your items are faulty. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. All refunds will be made in USD and we will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of currency fluctuations or exchange rates.
We hold no responsibility for parcels that are misdelivered or returned to us due to either: Your supplying of a wrong, invalid or incomplete delivery address or details during order confirmation, such as but not limited to: Recipient name, C/O name, Apartment or flat numbers, Dorm room or campus box numbers, Building names, College/university or business names, Mis-spelt or missing city, state or province, country, postal or zip code, Your failure to pick up your parcel at the post office if the addressee is unavailable during the initial delivery attempt.

Manufacturers tend to upgrade their packaging periodically to amend information on it or to prevent counterfeits in the market. This doesn't affect the usage of product itself nor the quality of the lenses.
NEO manufacturer packs two lenses of same diopter in one box. For the convenience of customers with two different diopters, we will open the original box and repack two lenses with different diopters accordingly in one new box. So customers with different diopters wouldn't have to purchase two pairs of lenses.

And from time to time, we will open the outside box to check the quality of the lenses before shipping. We want to make sure there's no significant color difference of two lenses because NEO products are reported to have this defect before. The lenses are safe to use as long as the sealed inner package isn't opened. So far only NEO products that are packed in paper boxes apply to this rematching policy.
It's jut like shoes! The standard of the diopters vary slightly from brand to brand. It's actually an industry-wide issue. But the difference is so minimal that only 1% of our customers have encountered this problem. Remember, Stick to the brand that gives you best comfort and clarity.
Eyes are very different. There's no one so-called best brand or product that fits everybody. But there're some simple rules to bear in mind when you pick up contact lenses:

1. The smaller the diameter, the more room left to your eyes to breathe (unless you have big eyes).
2. The lower the water content, the less drier you will feel with long wearing time (8 hours is the recommended longest wearing time).

As to the color of the lenses, you are safe to explore any product in our website and that's the fun of it. You can mix and match with your look, your hair color, your occasions, etc. If you have trouble making up your mind, we are always here to help. Our customer service team would love to give you recommendations based on your preferences.
First of all, common hydrogel contact lenses (38% of hydration) won’t freeze in your eyes. Snow and frost won’t hurt them and you don’t have to worry that they will change their qualities due to the cold. The temperature of the cornea and tears is about 35°C which means the lens is warm enough even when it’s –10°C outside.

If contact lens is frozen in saline solution, put them in room temperature to defrost. The frozen solution protects the lens from damage and contacts thus show no signs of change in quality after defrosting. Please DON'T heat or toast the frozen solution to speed up the defrosting process.

Without a solution, lenses can't freeze but they will probably dry out first. We would definitely recommend you avoid such experiments and keep solutions at room temperature as per the information leaflets or packaging. Extreme cold can alter or impair the solution and thus lower its effects which could lead to insufficient cleaning of your contacts.

So if you travel with lenses and a solution but don’t expose them to long cold journeys every day, you don’t have to worry. You should also keep lens storage in mind. Lenses in a solution shouldn’t be exposed to extreme temperatures. Pay attention when traveling or while in the mountains.
